Depending on how you use this website or which service you request, I may process information such as:

Personal information shared in readings or journeys

Some services, such as personal tarot readings or drum journeys, may invite you to share something about yourself, your current situation or the reason you are requesting the service.

Please only share information that you feel comfortable providing and that is relevant to your request.

I do not intentionally request medical records or other special-category personal data. Please do not include sensitive information such as detailed medical or health information, religious beliefs, political opinions, sexual orientation or similar sensitive personal information in free-text fields unless this is genuinely necessary and has specifically been discussed with me.

Personal information shared for a reading or journey is treated confidentially and is not used for unrelated purposes.

  • Communicate with you about a tarot reading, handpan experience, drum journey or another service
  • Prepare and provide the service you requested

I do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

How long do I keep your personal data?

I do not keep personal data longer than necessary.

As a general guideline:

  • Applications, intake information and email correspondence related to a personal service: up to 2 months after the service has been completed or the application has ended.
  • Personal video recordings created as part of a tarot reading, handpan experience or drum journey: up to 2 months after the service has been completed.
  • General enquiries that do not lead to a service: up to 2 months after the last contact.
  • Financial and administrative records: generally 7 years, where this is required under Dutch tax law.
  • Technical and security information: only for as long as reasonably necessary for the secure operation of the website.

Some information may be kept longer if this is required by law or necessary in connection with a legal dispute.

Service providers and third parties

To operate this website, communicate with you and provide my services, I use a limited number of trusted external service providers.

These may include:

  • Hostinger – website hosting
  • WordPress and website/form software – website and form functionality
  • Google / Gmail – email communication
  • Brevo – delivery of website and transactional emails
  • Payment or banking providers – where necessary to process payments
  • Buy Me a Coffee – when you voluntarily choose to support my work through that platform

These providers may process limited personal information where this is necessary to provide their service.

When you choose to use an external platform, such as Buy Me a Coffee, that provider may also process your information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

I do not share your information with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

International data transfers

Some of the service providers I use may process or store personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where this happens, I rely on the safeguards provided by these service providers in accordance with applicable data protection laws, such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
